Murray mania has taken off following his US Open victory. Kaye Adams asks which is more valuable - sporting success or general fitness.

Murray mania is in full flight after the Scots sporting superstar's victory in the US Open. This comes hot on the heels of Scottish, and British, success at the London Olympics. But are we getting a bit too carried away with medals, trophies and silverware, and taken our eye off the ball when it comes to general fitness?
