Kaye Adams asks whether GP's surgeries should be more flexible with their hours and discusses the dos and don'ts of talking about disability.

A new report by Reform Scotland suggests it's time GPs changed their ways, what do you think? Do you have problems getting an appointment when you need it? Kaye Adams aks if more doctor's surgeries need to be open all hours...or at least out of office hours?

Alex Salmond used his Sunday afternoon to volunteer in his community in honour of Nelson Mandela's 94th birthday in July. He spent 67 minutes - a minute for every year the elder statesman devoted to fighting for civil rights in South Africa - in his local park in Strichen, showing youth groups his favourite spots. And the first minister wants to encourage others to get out and dedicate 67 minutes of time to helping their communities. 

Is this enough - does volunteering need to be a frequent, longer term commitment? Or is just over an hour of your life enough? Between work and family, do you simply not have the time to give? 

Kaye Adams asks if you will follow in Alex Salmond's footsteps and go out and help your community?

And with the Paralympics in full swing it's clear there is still a struggle with what language is acceptable, with writers and broadcasters covering the event unsure of what they can and can't ask, what terms to use and what might offend. But if you or a loved one are living with a disability, are you offended? Should people be tiptoeing around with their politically correct shoes on, or is it best to be frank and just ask? 

Kaye will be hearing from people who face this daily for a bit of straight talking on the terminology.
