Is 'Should Scotland be an independent state' the right question for the referendum?

A new wording for the referendum question has been proposed. Kaye asks whether it is any better than the last one, and whether Prince Harry has damaged his family's reputation.

Just one, clear, decisive question...Should Scotland be an independent state? Agree or Disagree? That's the latest wording being proposed for the referendum by unionist backers

But is that better and clearer than the one being proposed by the nationalists? It asks "Do you agree that Scotland should be an independent country?"

Kaye asks how much words matter when it comes to casting a vote for independence. 

And, as website pictures of a naked Prince Harry cavorting in a Las Vegas hotel room go global, does Harry need to clean up his act and remember his royal responsibilities? Or is it just harmless fun from a young man living up to his reputation as the Party Prince?
