Kaye asks whether you agree with the decision not to allow locked-in syndrome sufferer Tony Nicklinson to end his life. And should university places for Scots should be protected?

Kaye asks if you agree with the High Court decision not to allow a locked-in syndrome sufferer to end his life with a doctor's help. Tony Nicklinson has been left "devastated and heartbroken" after losing his High Court battle for the legal right to end his life when he chooses.

Plus, some of Scotland's top universities have been accused of operating a "two tier" clearing system, favouring fee-paying applicants from the rest of the UK and abroad over domestic students. The Scottish Government had promised to protect Scottish places but institutions have said this has limited the number they can take, as they are threatened with fines for offering too many 'free' places.

Should a spot at one of Scotland's universities depend on academic performance and ability? Or is it just as important to be competing on an international scale, attracting as many fee-paying and multicultural students to undertake their further education in Scotland?
