Featuring the semi-finals of the men's 10m diving, the medal race in the women's keelboat sailing and a look back at some of the previous day's handball, volleyball and water polo.

Featuring the semi-finals of the men's 10m platform diving, with the pressure to qualify for the final on Tom Daley and Peter Waterfield representing Team GB. This is followed by the climax of the sailing regatta at Weymouth with the medal race in the women's keelboat (Elliott 6m) class.
