Glenn Campbell asks if it should be illegal to refuse to accept a Scottish banknote?

Glenn Campbell sits in for Kaye Adams and asks whether it should be illegal to refuse to accept Scottish banknotes. And should grieving families be allowed to veto organ donation?

Medical ethics lecturer David Shaw has said that bereaved families should not be allowed to veto the organ donation wishes of a loved one when the loved one is registered as an organ donor. He also urges doctors to act ethically, and says they should not to comply with a family veto. 

Glenn asks...should doctors comply with the wishes of the donor, or with the wishes of the bereaved family?
