Badminton, beach volleyball, archery, table tennis, weightlifting and sailing action.

Action comes from the badminton, beach volleyball, archery and table tennis competitions. Sailing gets under way at noon and Britain's Zoe Smith competes in the weightlifting.

A gentle start to day three on BBC Three with early action in badminton, beach volleyball, archery and table tennis. 

The sailing gets under way at midday and it's a day for Britain's Zoe Smith to make an impact in the weightlifting at Excel Arena.
