A poem to capture the spirit of each competing nation in the 2012 Games. Comoros' poem My High-Prowed Sailing-Boat is by Amir Mounib and read by Abdulsamad Abdulrahim.

My High-prowed Sailing-boat by Amir Mounib describes the traditional boat crafted by the people of the island of Comoros in the Indian Ocean. The poem was translated by Stephen Gray and is read by Abdulsamad Abdulrahim who is studying for a degree in International Relations and Business in London.
