Today, we re-live the tragic Munich Olympics of 1972, when 11 Israeli athletes died after being taken hostage by Palestinian militants. 

We hear the memories of Ankie Spitzer, whose husband Andrei was one of those who died. 

And British television journalist and author Gerald Seymour, who covered the story in 1972.
