Simon Mayo is joined by Nigel Barden, who cooks up a rather delicious quail with ginger.

Resident gastrognome Nigel Barden cooks up quail with grapes and ginger, Simon talks doughnuts with master baker Mike Holling, Nick Hornby talks football, and Rebecca pokes at O2.

Our very own gastroGnome, Nigel Barden, joined Simon and the team to cook up a treat of quail with grapes and ginger, which you to try at home. 

We unleashed a new Confession to the cold-hearted Collective...and received mixed verdicts. Nick Hornby dropped by to talk football and we looked into the wonderful world of doughnuts. 

Plus Rebecca Pike looked into O2's problem that left hundreds of thousands of people unable to use their phones...
