Today we begin a new series of Ambridge Extra, where we join Phoebe during her year in South Africa with her mother Kate and her family. But there is a cloud forming on the horizon. With his career stalled, Lucas is under pressure to get a new and better job. When an opportunity comes up in Durban, a long way from Johannesburg, Kate is shocked as it would mean giving up her own fledgling career. When Kate is reluctant to discuss the matter, Lucas is angry. In the meantime, Phoebe is having the time of her life and developing her very first crush.
