Ahead of the world famous Round the Island Race, the find out from the organisers what it takes to stage the race and hear from some of those taking part.

Away from Cowes there’s a preview of Weymouth’s Spirit of the Sea festival which starts this weekend, and P&O explain how they are getting all seven of their cruise ships together for the first time next week.
