A look at the Highlander Mountain Marathon, an extreme survival challenge.

Featuring outdoor adventures. The Highlander Mountain Marathon sees runners carry everything they need to survive as they head into the wild lands of Torridon for two days.

The Highlander Mountain Marathon sees 300 runners head into the remote, wild lands of Torridon. For two days the competitors race over the hills carrying everything they need to survive - and they don't know where the race will take them by the end. 

Also in this programme, Deziree Wilson trains for the Goatfell Hill Race on Arran, whilst Cameron McNeish heads off for a wild weekend where he discovers Spain has more to offer than sun, sea and sangria.
