He has been introducing important changes to the way the Commons is run - changes which some say are having a significant effect on our democracy. The BBC's Parliamentary Correspondent Mark D'Arcy goes behind the scenes at Westminster to find out how John Bercow does the job and why he inspires admiration in some and loathing in others. He speaks to Speaker Bercow about his views on the behaviour of MPs, how to tackle rowdiness in the chamber, and what he thinks of his critics.
