Today, the man fleeing persecution in China who was held for four years in Guantanamo Bay and is now working as a pizza chef in Albania.  

Also, Matthew meets Martin Spinelli, the American man whose wife was killed and young son seriously injured in a motorway crash, but Martin says the tragedy has made him a better man - he has written about his experiences in a book entitled After The Crash.
