As Dominique Strauss-Kahn moves to counter sue the hotel maid who accused him of sexual harassment, Harvard law professor, Alan Dershowitz, gives his verdict.

The Harvard law Professor Alan Dershowitz joins Rhod Sharp to discuss the decision of the former managing director of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, to counter-sue Nafissatou Diallo, the hotel housekeeper who accused him of sexual assault. Mr Dershowitz's verdict? It's inexplicable.

With no sign of a coalition government in Greece we turn to Pierpolo Barbieri at the Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center, for his reaction to the situation. 

Our World Affairs Correspondent, Allan Little recalls the first time he met Ratko Mladic back in 1991. He paints a picture of a man of boundless confidence who talked of peace even as his own soldiers were killing civilians mere miles away. Mladic's trial begins in the Hague on Wednesday.
