Chris brings 2DAY 2012 to rousing finale with a live music extravaganza from a special venue in central London, featuring Tom Jones, Jessie J, Keane, Jamie Cullum and lots more.

Chris Evans brings 2Day to suitably dramatic climax with a live music extravaganza featuring the multi-platinum-selling English quartet Keane and, there will be harmony among rivals, with a duet from The Voice's Tom Jones and Jessie J.

Broadcasting from a special venue in Central London, our very own "Happy Hour" kicks off with Jamie Cullum jazzing things right up, and Bellowhead sending the crowd crazy with their fabulous folk anthems.
