1pm-Should employers be allowed to tell their staff to trim or shave their beards? We're asking this because a man called Shahid Saleem says he was walked out of a job in a phone shop because he claims they asked him to shave his beard off. Vodaphone deny asking him to shave his beard of completely. Are you an employer? have you ever asked a staff member to make their beard look presentable?
