Ooooh it’s Niral on Radio 1.  I mean Nihal.  He’s got Bhangra Beats for your ears every Tuesday night between 2 and 4am.  I wonder if he’s heard our message from Natalie Cassidy???

Abbi’s half way through her Radio 1 Residency, she’s going to be ‘Here All Week’.  Proving that girls can multi-task Abbi is putting her tights on and picking the music on Radio 1 at the same time.  It’s her Work Out Wednesday song today and she’s gone for a belter – Lady Gaga – ‘Telephone’.   Let’s get sweaty!
