Penny Gore presents two works left incomplete by Schubert: the abandoned Symphony No 7, and the 10th, in progress when the composer died. Both are completed by Brian Newbould.

The Spirit of Schubert. Presented by Penny Gore. If Schubert's 8th Symphony is the "Unfinished", then what can we call both his 7th and 10th Symphonies? In today's programme a rare chance to hear both works in completions by Brian Newbould.
