Carole Duggan, aunt of Mark Duggan who was killed by police, says she has no faith in the police watchdog, the IPCC, over her nephew's death.

Carole Duggan, the aunt of Mark Duggan whose shooting sparked the August riots, says the police watchdog is deliberately with-holding information from her family about the circumstances of her nephew's death.  She says the IPCC is an obstacle to her family finding out the truth of what really happened.
