New presenter Martin Bayfield joins Crimewatch for his first show. The 6'10'' former policeman and England rugby international spent several years in the Metropolitan and Bedfordshire forces, leaving to play rugby union full time when it turned professional. Alongside him in the studio are dozens of detectives ready to take viewers' calls on unsolved cases. Plus, the inside story of how police exposed a devious killer who thought he had fooled everyone.
