After the rain, there is a beautiful rainbow in the sky and Hip and Hop want to paint a picture of it. But just as they start to paint, the rainbow disappears, so everyone has to try and remember what its colours were. 

Precious and Tallulah help, so does Driver Dan, but no-one can remember the final colour. Then Driver Dan has an idea about how they can create another real rainbow to find the missing colour.
