Tracks from Elbow, NERD, Beck, The Cocteau Twins and something new from Miles Kane sit perfectly next to a chat about how Wild West Are you and some sexy recipies. 

Plus, a very special treat as Lianne La Havas joins in the final hour ahead of her 6Music Celebrates 10 Years Birthday gig on the Southbank on Friday evening. 

Bringing a modern tongue to a classic style, 22 year old, soul chanteuse Lianne La Havas had an exceptional 2011. After a star-making turn on Later.With Jools Holland which won over those watching at home and all other acts performing, Lianne was confirmed for the coveted support slot on Bon Iver's December US tour. To top it off Lianne La Havas was confirmed as one of fifteen new artists for the BBC Sound Of 2012 list and as one of MTV's hot tips for 2012.

She chats with Shaun and plays a version of her new single 'Lost & Found'.
