A Zone exploring TV shows that began life on radio.

TV and radio producer Colin Glibert celebrates the stars and sitcoms that began life on radio, such as Miranda Hart, Armando Iannucci, John Culshaw, Stephen Fry and The Goon Show.

TV and Radio producer Colin Gilbert celebrates the medium of radio as the starting point for some of comedy's best loved shows and performers.

On the way we'll hear from the stars and the stories behind many famous shows including Miranda Hart discussing making Miranda for TV, Armando Iannucci looking back on his success as a fledgling radio producer and we hear from the friends and family of all four original members of the Goon Show.
