All our self-builders are aiming to build their dream home that's perfectly suited to their way of life and their wallets but each build's a rollercoaster ride packed full of trials and tribulations.

On today's programme, will Michael Howlett succeed when it comes to building two eco-houses out of straw in Pembroke Dock or will this ambitious project be the final straw? Plus the luxurious Hampshire self-build disguised as a collection of farm buildings, and presenter Simon O'Brien is hung out to dry while hanging a door at building college.
