Matt has the sport, Rebecca the money news and Sally's all about traffic. There's another of your Confessions, and after 6.00pm Simon's joined by MasterChef judge John Torode.

Matt Williams has the sports news, Rebecca Pike presents the Money feature while Sally Boazman has all the latest travel updates. Another Homework question is solved as well as a listener's plea for forgiveness in tonight's Confession.

After 6pm Simon's joined by MasterChef presenter John Torode. Judging people's cooking doesn't come any tougher than that!
