The exiled Iranian doctor who tried to save the life of a girl shot dead during protests

Extraordinary personal stories from around the world:   today, Doctor Arash Hejazi tells Outlook about the death threats he got after he was seen trying to save the life of Neda Agha-Soltan, the young Iranian woman who was killed during the protests of 2009.
