With the onset of winter is it possible to prepare and eat exciting, fresh, vegetarian food through the cold, dark months? Top chef Simon Rimmer, cook and food writer Ghillie Basan and Fiona Burrell from the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School talk to Pennie Latin about what to do with winter vegetables.
