Today was all about the Military Wives, who appeared on Gareth Malone's latest BBC series The Choir; and the Prince of Pasta, Giorgio Locatelli, gave Chris some ravioli tips!

After a huge response to the latest series of The Choir, Chris played the Military Wives performance from the Royal Albert Hall, throwing the nation into a frenzy, and floods of tears. 

We spoke to lead soloist Sam Stephenson about her experience with Gareth Malone and the rest of the choir, and what the song means to her.

Giorgio Locatelli was our Mystery Guest today who gave Chris some ravioli tips ahead of his Saturday Kitchen appearance, and Vassos and Moira drew in today's Head 2 Headlines.
