HARDtalk is on the road in Egypt as the country prepares for its first post-revolution elections. Protests have again turned violent in Cairo's Tahrir Square and across the country. The people of Egypt are frustrated and want radical change not just in politics but also in the economy. Workers are pushing for better pay and conditions, the growing numbers of unemployed are frustrated at the economic slowdown and everyone wants to see an end to endemic corruption. The revolution now faces a fundamental challenge: can it deliver a new economic deal for Egyptians?
