In the seventh heat of the Junior Bake Off, Jacob, Conal, Katie and Coco-Nina are baking to impress the judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry. The junior bakers' cake-mixing skills are put to the test as they attempt to bake a swiss roll in the Technical Challenge. Then they are tested on their imagination in the Invention Challenge, where they all bake birthday cakes.

As the bakers prepare their sponges, presenter Aaron Craze learns how to bake the ultimate showbiz cake with cake maker to the stars Eric Lanlard, who's made birthday cakes for Madonna, Lady Gaga and David Beckham.
