An epic session from a band that have grown up in public here on BBC Introducing. 

Denbigh's Dancers so impressed Jen that she tried to get them in session earlier this year, but frontman Daf had to admit that there was no such band - it was just him in his bedroom!!! Months later and he's got a band together and their debut session is an awesome listen.

On top of that, we've got huge tracks from The Joy Formidable and Creatures of Love recorded live in concert on the Swn Festival stage that we curated in Cardiff.

And Ewan Hall talks radio plugging and dishes out some priceless encouragement to a brand new artist from the BBC Introducing Uploader.
