Producer Duppy Beatz, holds the accolade of being the first artist ever to be tipped by BBC Introducing in Bristol to Radio 1, so this session was long overdue!  He performs three session tracks with MCs Empror and SMI, and talks about the impact being played on Radio 1 had on his life.

The Bristol Music Foundation has recently opened up BMF Urban, headed up by Ujima Radio's Sadia Akhtar.  Sadia popped into the studio to talk about the role of BMF Urban and the support they'll be providing for young artists.  She also brought in tracks by her former co-presenter Suchy-La, and from rising star Sophia May who's recent relocation to the States has seen her work with the likes of Gyptian and Gloria Gaynor.
