A Berkshire man with a penchant for DIY sets up his wife Angela for a visit from Roger. He fixes a genuine problem in her bathroom, before flannelling her with reasons to charge several hundred pounds for further maintenance work. 

Plus Gareth from Buckinghamshire is set up by his sister, and Roger calls by to carry out maintenance work on their fusebox. Will his scare stories about faulty wiring and house fires convince the young consumer that a costly gadget is needed to make the fusebox work more safely? 

Meanwhile, a consumer in Norfolk reveals the shocking extent to which rogue builders tricked her father-in-law into simple gardening jobs, for which he was charged more than 6,000 pounds.
