A Glasgow dad was threatened with having his phone confiscated after taking photos of his daughter in a public place. Do we need to think twice about photographing kids?

A Glasgow dad was threatened with having his mobile phone confiscated under the Prevention of Terrorism Act after taking photos of his 4 year old daughter. He was so incensed at the heavy handed treatment he received from both the Braehead security staff and the police that he started a Facebook campaign asking shoppers to boycott Braehead
