As well as spectacular falconry displays, there is daring zip-wire action and, fitting with this week's theme, Steve and Naomi meet some awesomely armoured animals. The pair are joined by guest Kenton Cool, an extreme mountaineer who has been to the summit of Everest nine times - a British record! 

Steve goes on a mission in search of seals and we meet a group of kite surfers who have tricks that get Steve and Naomi in a flap.
