It’s Day 4 of Training and today’s discipline is yoga. Meet Beth the Urban Yoga Monkey and boy is she flexible and strong! She stretched Dev into all kinds of positions. He’s like a bear trying to get to that special spot…  Every day he’s getting that little bit fitter.  Watch out Kowboy, Secret Agent Man’s coming to get you!
