Simon talks to Rolling Stone Mick Jagger and invites Matt Williams's alter ego, Dr Mosh, to select his Midweek Middle Aged Moshing Moment.

Simon presides over a busy combination of conversation and tunes - including an interview with Rolling Stones legendary frontman Mick Jagger, who discusses his new project SuperHeavy, a collaboration with Joss Stone and Dave Stewart. There's an appointment with Dr Mosh for something heavy at 6.45 and a Folky Showstopper just before 7. Elsewhere, Simon and the team find time to consider a new Confession, and keep you informed of the evening's important Sport, Money and Travel issues.
