Jane Eyre - We review the upcoming adaptation of Jane Eyre starring Mia Wasikowska & Michael Fassbender and Directed by Cary Fukunaga with Wendy Lloyd and Nicola Balkind. Raised by her aunt Sarah (Sally Hawkins) after her parents die of typhus, young Jane Eyre (Amelia Clarkson) is later shipped off to a stark boarding school as the result of her perceived insolence, and suffers greatly at the hands of the cold, unusually strict administration. Upon turning 18 and completing her education, Jane (Mia Wasikowska) finds work as a governess for Adle Varens (Romy Settbon Moore), the ward of Edward Fairfax Rochester (Michael Fassbender), master of Thornfield Hall.

'Lonely Place To Die'- We hear from the cast of this story about a group of five mountaineers hiking and climbing in the Scottish Highlands when they discover a young Serbian girl buried in a small chamber in the wilderness. They become caught up in a terrifying game of cat and mouse with the kidnappers as they try to get the girl to safety.

Alan Cumming and The Aberfeldy Birks Cinema - A night out at the cinema is something which most of us take for granted. But for people in much of rural Scotland - at worst - it's simply not an option.... Or at best - as for the residents of Highland Perthshire, it can mean a round trip of up to three hours. That's why the community in and around Aberfeldy are taking matters into their own hands. They've bought the town's disused cinema and have ambitious plans to re-open it as a state of the art picture palace. And the scheme has been backed by one of the town's most famous sons - the X Men actor Alan Cumming.
