Celebrating the release of their third album long-time friends of BBC Introducing in Wales, Kids In Glass Houses drop in to perform two truly lush session tracks. Aled chats studio stuff, insults Jen and then offers her a place in the band!!

Huw Stephens kindly donates a session track from one of Wales’ ones to watch; Man Without Country.

And with the ink still wet on his signing to Hospital Records offshoot Med School, Cardiff producer Lung brings the noise with a devastating dnb mixtape too.
