Schools, colleges and festivals all over Scotland are at the centre of a traditional music revival. Meet the youngsters who are now at the forefront of the revitalisation.

Schools, colleges and festivals all over Scotland are at the centre of a traditional music revival. Arising out of these institutions are talented singers and musicians who go onto successful careers in the music industry. In this programme we meet a group from Fèis Rois and and Lewis-based band Oidhche Chiadain, who are amongst the youngsters who are now at the forefront of this musical revitalisation. Now they gather in Ullapool to put on a special show case for this series reflecting on the rise in interest in traditional Scottish music.
