Historian and broadcaster Niall Ferguson joins Simon on today's show to discuss his latest historical television series, 'Civilization: Is the West History?'. The series looks at how the West has managed to secure the majority of the world's resources, despite being a minority of mankind. It also examines the possibility that this could change in future years.
