Why are Asians so unhealthy? Plus as part of Get Healthy Month, Ash Oberoi on getting fit with bhangra and Bollywood. And Asians taking food to events - is it embarrassing?

At 1 o'clock- Why are Asians so unhealthy? 

As you'd have heard on Asian Network Reports today is the start of the station's "Get Healthy Month"

You may wondering why we're doing this? Well, its an attempt to save lives. Asians in the UK get diseases earlier, are sicker for longer and have higher death rates than the white population, and we'd quite like to change it. Why are Asians so unhealthy? Is it diet? Lifestyle? Or are we just lumbered with a genetic timebomb which means we are destined to die young?

After 2 o'clock we'll be speaking to dance expert Ash Oberoi about getting into shape with Bhangra and Bollywood. And we'll also be asking- Are you embarrassed when your family takes their packed lunch to events?
