Mary Ann Kennedy introduces the best in Scottish Gaelic singers and songs including Flora McNeil, Karen Matheson and Maeve MacKinnon, plus she pays tribute to Ishbel MacAskill.

Mary Ann Kennedy presents a special edition of the Celtic Zone showcasing some of Scotland's best loved Gaelic singers and songs. Robbie Shepherd is in conversation with Flora McNeil, Maggie MacInnes, Norman MacLean and Na h-Oganaich, Barbara Dickson chats to Karen Matheson and Catriona Watt and there's live music from a 2008 edition of Archie Fisher's Travelling Folk. Mary Ann also pays tribute to the late Ishbel MacAskill who passed away recently at the age of 70.
