In today's edition of the Strand we celebrate Bob Dylan's 70th birthday. Mark Coles is joined by Dylan biographer Howard Sounes and by the literary ciritic Sir Christoper Ricks who maintains Dylan is not a lyricist, but a poet. 

We'll also hear from Dylan's son Jakob and find out why Bob Dylan is still relevant today.
