He was joined by Example and Sophie who provided the vocals on the cover. 

Wretch 32 (Jermaine) told Fearne about his recent obsession with bagels while on tour. He likes a plain one with a hole. It has to have a hole.

He talked about his collaboration with Example and their competitive on tour football matches.
