Eliot's dad Jeremy has just finished his latest invention. Curious, Eliot, Kaytoo and Mimi come to have a better look at the mysterious machine shaped like a large cube. For Eliot, everything would seem to indicate that it is a time travel machine. Besides, Jeremy has disappeared; he must have used it! 

Then Eliot discovers that his father is trapped in the future and there are thieves who will stop at nothing to steal the machine. Eliot, Mimi and Kaytoo must protect the invention so that Jeremy will be able to return to the present.
