Six children put their parents on a quit-smoking course. The children reveal to their parents why cigarettes are dangerous, and the parents face an assault course.

The children reveal the secret ingredients of cigarettes that make them so dangerous, and an assault course forces the parents to face up to the damage smoking has already done to their bodies. The parents must then gather their cigarettes and witness their destruction. But how long will the children manage to maintain a tough no-nonsense smoking ban?
