Today's show was dedicated to anyone who was woken up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep, and entitled the less you are about you, the more 'you'll' be about.

Jack Lewcock aged 7 from Weston-super-Mare is going to a museum in Bristol for the first time today with his Mum, and will be back tomorrow morning to give it a mark out of ten.

Chris read us a story entered for the 500 Words competition that was all about Tiny Jonny beating Glamorous Moira in Head 2 Headlines...

And Felix Economakis, a Chartered Psychologist, joined us on the phone to tell Chris about banana phobias, and all manner of fears for that matter!
